Solutions Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing strategies to sell Enterprise Software
Solutions (Document management / print management) to the professional
services & financial service industries (FSI).
- Responsible for new business developments and account servicing.
- Achieve new business growth targets.
Requirements:
- Possess at least 2 years of sales experience (with good sales
track records) in solution selling at enterprise level
- Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with a keen interest
in computer technology. Preferably knowledgeable in the financial
service industry, such as banks, consulting firms, insurance companies
and other financial organizations.
- Confident in demonstrating his or her knowledge in the area
of document / print management & related software technology,
applying/ “translating” this technology to help customer
achieve efficiency and earn competitive advantage in the market.
- Analytical, driven and business oriented with strong communication
and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with
all levels of management.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Able to work both independently and as a team under minimum
supervision.
Account Executives / Account Mangers
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets on quarterly
/ yearly basis
- Manage a given set of partner / customer accounts and /or territory
to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
- Attend to and handle all customer enquiries and needs promptly,
efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business and / or its equivalent
- Min 3 years relevant experience with proven sales and account
management track records
- Independent, resourceful & self-motivated
- Strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
Marketing Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal sales team as well as principles
and partners to develop and execute sales and marketing programs
to drive sales of products and services as well as to continually
build brand awareness and preference.
- Keep close touch with market to identify trends and developments.
- Manage and maintain strong communication and rapport with channel
partners.
- Conceptualizing and develop marketing tools and collaterals,
including web-based tools to help promote brand and product awareness
and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Diploma / degree preferably in Sales & Marketing or its
equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing and product brand
development, especially in consumer goods area
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, good working
attitude
- Familiar with web-based tools
Billing Assistant
Responsibilities
- Prepare the meter reading, machine in field summary on total
warranty agreement, warranty, rental, time & material, non-contractual
and annual maintenance contacts reports etc.
- Processing of orders for ROP, LOP, rental, outright and unexpired
rental.
- Record all invoices, delivery notes, internal service reports
etc.
- Adhoc requirements as specified by Financial Controller and
Billing Executive

Requirements
- Minimum certificate in Accountancy / GCE “A” level
/ or equivalents
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling high volume of billing
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
- Pro-active team player with high initiative
- Self-motivated and task oriented
- Able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines
- Experience in Oracle preferred
